CHANGE CULTURE LEADERS PROGRAM


Change is a part of everyday working life. This fact does not prevent people from often experiencing resistance when changes are announced.

In the world of work, there is a lot of talk the importance of a company being value-driven and how everyone needs to rally around the company’s values. Ideally, the values ​​guide the culture. But how does this work in practice, when people’s personal values ​​primarily control the reactions that arise when a change at work is announced? The power of the inner compass is a program that provides knowledge and insight into how human dynamics change when new circumstances for conducting business becomes necessary at workplace.

THE PROGRAM´S OBJECTIVE

The overall objective of this program is to facilitate change in our workplace. Employees that navigate with people from an inner compass will be able to quickly contribute to change.     

CONTENT IN THIS PROGRAM

What character traits distinguish a team player?
What happens in the human interaction when the need for change arises in the workplace? What takes away and what increases commitment and willingness to change in people?  How do you become more trust-worthy in your communication? Define your personal goals and be guided by your inner compass as you handle changes more easily.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The program consists of short films, in-depth text, reflection questions and exercises that the participants work on their own. Participants follow the module structure and can go back and repeat selected parts. Some of the documents are downloadable and can be saved.

PERIOD OF VALIDITY

You and your employees, who have registered for the program, can study and work with the program without limitation for three months from the time you registered for the training.

TUTORIALS

Through an access link, participants can create a personal account and access the online program. Participants work independently at their own pace on a mobile phone, tablet, or computer.

BLENDED LEARNING

We tailor a plan where self-study is interspersed with physical training opportunities together with one of our trainers. Blended Learning provides effective learning where the participants come to the physical training sessions with a common understanding. The time with the trainers can then be advantageously used for the moments that are of greatest benefit to the group. For example, practical sessions, workshops, and exchange of experiences.
